| Note: There will be separate packages for each tender. 1. Procurement will be made under BPPRA rules- 2014. 2. Eligibility: – a. The bidder shall have at least three years of relevant work experience. b. PKR. 6 million turnovers at least last three years. c. Registration with relevant tax departments. d. The bidder must be on the Active Tax Payers list of FBR. 3. Procurement Method used: Procedure of bidding for all packages shall be “Single-stage – Two envelopes bidding procedure” 4. Bid Security: – The bidders require accompanying Bid Security 5% of the total amount of bid in the name of Project Director, Gwadar – Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project – Phase II (GLLSP-II) Quetta in the form of deposit at call or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank. 5. Availability of Tender Documents: The bidding documents can be obtained from the project management unit (PMU), Gwadar-Lasbela Livelihoods Support Project – Phase II (GLLSP-II), Room# 37, Block# 14 (Basement), Civil Secretariat Balochistan, Quetta-87300, Pakistan on any working day during office hours. 6. Issuance of Tender Documents: – From the date of publication of tender notice to 28-01-2022 up to 2:00 pm. 8. PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES
The Project Director, Gwadar Lasbela Livelihood Support Project Phase – II invites bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of the following items. Procurement shall be made in accordance with the IFAD Project Procurement Guidelines and the IFAD Procurement Handbook for projects financed by IFAD.
Last Date of Bid Submission: The bids must be submitted latest by 13-12-2021 till 12:30 PM and all the Bids will be opened, in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders, on the same day at 02:30 PM at the office of the undersigned.
